The summons for Ms. Diop Fall to appear before the Special Cybersecurity Division (DSC) of the National Police stems from a direct referral by the Public Prosecutor at the High Court of Dakar.
The head of the Public SN channel is expected to present herself before investigators this Monday for questioning regarding declarations that have sparked significant controversy across social media platforms and within the public sphere.

Despite these public apologies, Public Prosecutor Ibrahima Ndoye has instructed the head of the Special Cybersecurity Division to proceed with her summons to ensure she is questioned about the facts of the case.
