The Head of State of Cameroon conveyed sincere wishes for unity and prosperity to the Malagasy populace.

“Mr. President and dear brother,” the message began, “it is with great pleasure that I extend to you my most sincere and warm congratulations on the occasion of your nation’s National Day, celebrated on June 26. I also wish to convey my heartfelt desires for unity and prosperity for the Malagasy people.”
