While Gonçalo Ramos’s move to AC Milan was officially confirmed this Tuesday, other player movements are anticipated at Paris Saint-Germain. Gabriel Moscardo, who was previously on loan at Reims and then Braga, is reportedly a target for Espanyol Barcelona. This potential transfer has gained confirmation in the Spanish press, with strong indications that the deal is highly likely to materialize.

Paris Saint-Germain officially announced its first summer transfer this Tuesday. Gonçalo Ramos, 25, who arrived three years ago from Benfica Lisbon, has now headed to AC Milan in a transaction valued at approximately €70M. Further departures are expected, including Randal Kolo Muani, 27, who is reportedly close to Juventus, and Kang-in Lee, 25, who is anticipated to join Atlético de Madrid.

Moscardo poised for Espanyol Barcelona loan

Gabriel Moscardo could also be set to leave Paris Saint-Germain in the near future. The 20-year-old midfielder, acquired for €20M in January 2024, spent the 2024-2025 season on loan at Stade de Reims, followed by a stint at Braga last season. Under contract until June 2028, discussions recently emerged regarding a potential loan to Espanyol Barcelona. Reports this Tuesday from Spain confirm this possibility, suggesting that the operation is highly likely to be finalized.

“I want to stay at Paris Saint-Germain”

Despite these developing transfer talks, Gabriel Moscardo had expressed a clear desire to return to Paris Saint-Germain last April. He has yet to play an official match for the club, stating: “We haven’t discussed next season yet. My agent, in agreement with PSG management, will decide what is best for me. We will talk about it once the season concludes. Of course, I want to stay at Paris Saint-Germain, to participate in the pre-season preparations, because that’s where I belong and where I need to be. I am getting more playing time. I am progressing well, and I believe this year at Braga was very important; it provided me with valuable experience for future challenges. And God willing, one day I will play a full season at Paris Saint-Germain and prove what I am capable of.”
