After securing a second consecutive Champions League title with Paris Saint-Germain, several players are reportedly looking to move on to new challenges. One such player is Gonçalo Ramos, who has supposedly expressed to Luis Campos his desire to leave the club at the end of the season. The Portuguese striker no longer wishes to serve as a backup to Ousmane Dembélé and is seeking a team where he can be an undisputed starter.

Amorim tries to convince his compatriot Gonçalo Ramos

Ramos might find his ideal destination in Serie A, as AC Milan are keen to secure his services. New Rossoneri coach Ruben Amorim is already working behind the scenes to bring the forward to Milan. Amorim is actively trying to persuade his compatriot, who is far from being a key element at PSG, to make the move. The operation is expected to be costly, with PSG demanding a fee in the region of €50 million.

An agreement already reached between Ramos and Milan?

According to reports from Italy, negotiations between AC Milan and the entourage of the PSG striker are already well advanced. An agreement has been reached on a salary of €5 million per year, matching what another Portuguese international, Rafael Leão, earns at the club. However, the two clubs still need to agree on a transfer fee. PSG are asking for at least €40 million, which is currently too high for the Italian side. The solution could come in the form of a player exchange, with Luis Campos possibly looking to add a Milan player to the deal.
