A landmark diplomatic gathering between Morocco and France will take place this Thursday in Rabat, marking a pivotal moment in the strengthening of bilateral ties.
Morocco and France will convene on Thursday for the 15th session of the Morocco-France High-Level Meeting in Rabat.
This gathering underscores the exceptional partnership between the two nations, guided by the leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI of Morocco and French President Emmanuel Macron, according to a statement from the Moroccan Prime Minister’s Office.
The timing of the meeting aligns with the official visit of French Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu, who arrives in Morocco on July 15 and 16 for his first official trip since assuming office in 2025.
Lecornu is accompanied by a high-powered delegation of over a dozen ministers, including Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot and Interior Minister Laurent Nunez.
The visit is poised to serve as a cornerstone in the refoundation of Morocco-France bilateral relations, with discussions expected to cover strategic cooperation across multiple sectors.
