Morocco’s forward-thinking approach to migration management, grounded in solidarity, mutual responsibility, and respect for human dignity, was showcased Thursday in Huelva, Spain, by Younes Sekkouri, the Minister of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment, and Skills.

Speaking at the forum “Migration Governance and Circular Migration between Morocco and Spain: Keys to a Beneficial Cooperation,” Sekkouri stressed that this humanistic migration policy was implemented following the High Directions of King Mohammed VI. He added that this Royal Vision places human capital at the core of public policies and views mobility as a driver of economic growth, skill transfer, and closer ties between peoples.
