Official announcement from the OHADA Club of Abdou Moumouni University of Niamey

The Club OHADA UAM/FSJP, in a strategic collaboration with the International Committee of the OHADA Genius in Training Competition (CIGHO), is proud to announce the organization of the National Excellence in OHADA Law Competition (CNEDO) for 2026. This significant event aims to spotlight emerging legal talent in Niamey, Niger.

This esteemed selection process extends an invitation to all students currently enrolled in Licence 3 and Master’s programs across both public and private universities, as well as those attending accounting schools within the nation.

Prospective candidates are encouraged to submit their applications, with the deadline set for June 15, 2026. It is mandatory for registrations to be completed by teams comprising three (3) candidates, ensuring that each team includes at least one female participant.

Who can participate?

  • Law students (Licence 3 and Master levels)
  • Economics students (Licence 3 and Master levels)
  • Students from the Justice Section of the National School of Administration (Licence 3 and Master levels)

Competition rounds

1. Written assessments:

  • Multiple-choice questions (QCM)
  • Questions centered on African integration
  • “Who Am I?” challenge
  • Relay questions

2. Oral assessment:

  • Pleading exercise (Moot Court)
