Mali offers up to 2 billion cfa for intelligence on terror suspects
The Malian government has unveiled a financial incentive ranging from 500 million to 2 billion West African CFA francs for credible and actionable intelligence that could lead to the arrest or neutralization of seven individuals suspected of involvement in terrorist activities.
The initiative was formally announced in an official statement signed by the Minister of Security and Civil Protection, General Daoud Aly Mohammedine. The move is framed within broader efforts to strengthen the fight against terrorism and safeguard national security.
According to the communiqué, the targeted individuals are accused of playing key roles in the planning, organization, or execution of attacks that have endangered both civilian lives and property throughout Mali.

- Hamadoun Hassan Sangaré (aka Amadou Kouffa or Môbbô)
- Abdoulaye Mamadou Bakaye Diallo (aka Jouleybib de Nampala or Sidi)
- Alghabass Ag Intalla
- Sedan Ag Hita (aliases include Outhman Al Ansari, Abdel Hakim Al Kidali, and Al Qayrawani)
- Bilal Ag Acherif
- Abderrahmane Al-Batna Al-Jazairi
The authorities emphasize that these individuals remain high-priority targets due to their alleged participation in recent militant operations across the country.
In addition to the financial reward, the government is urging citizens to remain vigilant and collaborate closely with defense and security forces. Anyone possessing information that could aid in locating or apprehending these suspects is encouraged to share it with the appropriate authorities.
The announcement follows ongoing military and counterterrorism operations targeting armed groups in several regions of Mali.
