The composition of the cabinet for Ousmane Sonko, the esteemed President of the National Assembly, has now been officially unveiled. Notably, several individuals within this new team previously held significant executive roles during Mr. Sonko’s tenure as Prime Minister, which spanned from 2024 to 2026.

Leading this crucial team is Marie Rose Faye, who has been appointed as the Director of Cabinet for the President of the National Assembly.
Completing this strategic ensemble are ten special advisors. These key figures include Daouda Ngom, Amadou Moustapha Ndieck Sarre, Khady Diéne Gaye, Alioune Sall, Maïmouna Dièye, Amadou Chérif Diouf, Fatou Diouf, Alpha Ba, Ibrahima Thiam, and Sidy Alpha Ndiaye.
