The president of the Forum du Justiciable, Babacar Ba, has unequivocally condemned any efforts aimed at establishing a connection between Prime Minister Ousmane Sonko and the ongoing case involving Ndiaga Seck, who was apprehended on suspicion of acts against nature.
Babacar Ba articulated that, as the head of the government, Ousmane Sonko “embodies the governmental institution.” Consequently, he believes that any initiative designed to “tarnish his reputation” or “cast discredit upon his person” is entirely unacceptable.
