The Malian Armed Forces (FAMA) announced on Thursday a significant military operation in the northern regions of Anfif and Tabrachat, resulting in the elimination of approximately one hundred armed fighters. These operations were conducted in partnership with allied forces, demonstrating a coordinated effort to neutralize threats in the area.

According to the official statement, the strikes specifically aimed at members of the Group for the Support of Islam and Muslims (JNIM) and the Azawad Liberation Front (FLA). The campaign included 13 precision airstrikes, which successfully destroyed six combat vehicles and a pickup truck, further disrupting the militants’ logistical capabilities.
