Strong bilateral cooperation meets structural challenges

The researcher emphasized the effectiveness of joint initiatives with neighboring Spain, noting Morocco’s dual commitment to dismantling human trafficking networks and conducting complex sea rescue operations. Yet, he cautioned against overburdening Rabat with sole responsibility for a continent-wide crisis. « While Morocco can secure its borders, it cannot single-handedly resolve the deep-rooted challenges driving irregular migration, » Daadaoui remarked, stressing that transit nations alone cannot bear the full weight of such a vast issue.
