N’Djamena: the RADEC and Moov Money Tchad bolster youth skills with professional training
The Christian Development Actors Network (RADEC) officially inaugurated a new professional training program for young people on Wednesday, August 5, 2026. This launch event took place at the Episcopal Centre of Chad in N’Djamena, marking a significant step towards youth empowerment.
This crucial initiative, organized in collaboration with Moov Money Tchad and several other key organizations, aims to significantly enhance participants’ skill sets. Its broader objectives include fostering professional integration and actively promoting entrepreneurship and autonomy among young individuals in Chad.
The inaugural ceremony brought together high-ranking officials from Moov Money Tchad, representatives from partner entities, the dedicated trainers, the eager young learners themselves, and a host of invited dignitaries.

During the event, Matené Elias, president of RADEC, extended his sincere appreciation for the invaluable support from Moov Money Tchad. He lauded the company as a dedicated partner, deeply committed to the advancement of Chad’s youth, vocational training, and the nation’s broader socio-economic development.
“By agreeing to support this endeavor, Moov Money Tchad once again demonstrates its unwavering commitment to our country’s youth, professional skill development, and socio-economic progress,” declared the RADEC president.
He underscored that this training, which is completely free of charge and spans a duration of one month, offers much more than just learning to drive. It encompasses a broader scope of practical skills.

According to Matené Elias, this program presents a genuine opportunity for young beneficiaries to acquire essential practical skills, thereby facilitating their entry into the job market and opening up new employment prospects.
The RADEC president strongly encouraged all participants to exhibit discipline, punctuality, seriousness, and unwavering commitment throughout the training period to derive the maximum possible benefit.
Representing Moov Money Tchad, Kourabe Yves, the Head of Offer Design, took the floor to reaffirm the company’s steadfast dedication to championing initiatives that benefit youth and foster entrepreneurship.
