Chad’s economic council welcomes Niger’s delegation for high-level talks

N’Djamena, Chad — The President of Niger’s National Economic, Social and Environmental Council (CNESE), Mohamed Boukhari, arrived in Chad on Tuesday for an official visit at the invitation of his Chadian counterpart, Ahmat Mboudou Mahamat.

The purpose of the visit is to participate in the opening ceremony of the second ordinary session of Chad’s Economic, Social, Cultural and Environmental Council (CESCE) for 2026, scheduled for Wednesday in N’Djamena. This follows an official communiqué from CNESE.
