Abidjan, July 9, 2026 — The second day of the National Development Plan (PND) 2026-2030 Consultative Group, focused on investors, was officially launched at the Sofitel Hotel Ivoire in Abidjan. Prime Minister Robert Beugré Mambé presided over the opening session, emphasizing the critical role of private investment in driving Côte d’Ivoire’s ambitious growth agenda.

The Prime Minister outlined key sectors for investment under the PND 2026-2030, including:

Ahmed Cissé, President of the General Confederation of Ivorian Enterprises (CGECI), Mehdi Tazi, President of the Moroccan Employers’ Confederation (CGEM), and Mohamed Gouled, Vice President of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), all expressed confidence in Côte d’Ivoire’s development trajectory. They pledged substantial financial commitments to support the plan’s implementation, reinforcing the private sector’s pivotal role in the country’s future.
