N’Djamena takes a leap forward with AMGT strategic documents validation

The opening ceremony of the strategic documents validation workshop for the Municipal Agency for Major Works (Agence Municipale des Grands Travaux or AMGT) unfolded this Monday at the Radisson Blu in N’Djamena. Key figures including municipal directors, technical managers, city officials, and specialists from the Center for Innovation and Development (CID) gathered to set the stage for transformative urban projects.

Mayor Sanoussi Hassana Abdoulaye delivered the keynote address, highlighting the agency’s origins. He recalled that just months prior, the first board meeting of the AMGT took place, laying the groundwork for understanding the agency’s mission, challenges, and ambitions while fostering collaboration among board members.
