Chadian Head of State Marshal Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno has returned to N’Djamena following an official trip to the United Arab Emirates, where he held high-level discussions with leaders.

Marshal Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno, President of the Republic of Chad, arrived back in N’Djamena late in the evening after concluding an official visit to the United Arab Emirates.

During his visit, the Chadian leader held two separate meetings with the President of the United Arab Emirates, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The first meeting took place at the Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi, while the second was hosted at the Marshal’s official residence.

Upon his return to N’Djamena, President Déby was greeted at the airport by Prime Minister Amb. Allah-Maye Halina, the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, several cabinet members, the Minister of State and Secretary-General of the Presidency, the Chief of the Presidential Military Staff, the Deputy Civil Cabinet Director, the Deputy Private Secretary, and the Mayor of N’Djamena.
