The AEO certification is awarded by Benin Customs to companies that meet strict standards for tax compliance, financial solvency, and supply chain security. With the mutual recognition signed with Chinese customs authorities, goods shipped by Beninese AEOs receive preferential treatment upon arrival at Chinese ports.
